The uniquely narrow size of the Front Entry walk-in tub gives bathers easy access into the molded seat that faces the door. The Front Entry is perfect for narrow spaces, whereas a conventional tub or shower cannot fit.

Ella Acrylic Walk-in Tubs are vacuum formed from a solid, long-lasting acrylic sheet. The non-porous material in white gloss finish is easy to clean and impermeable to mold and mildew. Under the acrylic shell facade is a rust proof, stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers to ensure the durability of the tub’s structure. The frame has multiple leveling legs that can be adjusted for an easier installation and stronger support.

Ella’s Front Entry Walk-In Tubs main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made with industrial grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen to conceal the mechanical door lock system. This door is engineered to open outward, facilitating easier access upon entering and exiting. The outward swing also creates more interior space, which allows bathers to effortlessly sit into the molded seat, pull the door closed and lock it. Ella U-Shape outward swinging door uses a gear and shaft driven 3-latch door lock that edges out our competition, who typically use a single latch/lever system. A 3-latch door system creates a more secure and watertight door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience.

The Front Entry comes with our Single 2” Drain with emergency pull up chain, consisting of two 2” outlets and an overflow. A cap is also included to cover 1 of 2 ports if needed. The 2” drain outlets can be connected to the standard 1 ½” house drain with piping selected by a professional plumber. The selection of drain pipe configuration and the pipes and fittings are up to the homeowner or licensed plumber. However, for the most efficient drainage, please consider connecting both ports to a 2” house drain if possible.

Some may wonder how a Single 2” Drain can drain faster even though it’s connected to a 1 ½” house drain. That’s because as the water drains, air is pushed through the overflow, thus creating a vent system and reducing the amount of air bubbles preventing a free flow of the water. As a result, this produces a faster drain.

The Front Entry also includes two (2) side panels, thus covering all 3 sides.

We provide a limited lifetime warranty, of free replacement parts for the lifetime of the original customer living at the address of installation. This warranty is non-transferable to other customers or locations. Shipping costs and the labor of replacement(s) are not included.

Hydro Massage System

The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging.

The in-line water heater helps maintain the water temperature at constant level while bathing, if the water tank can produce enough hot water. It is suggested to upgrade to the largest available 75-gallon water heater to ensure enough hot water. Please consult with a professional contractor to determine if your water tank can provide enough hot water for a walk-in bathtub. Our ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. The sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage push control is pressed down when turning on your jets. The hydro massage intensity dial control allows you to adjust the strength of the water stream by adding more or less air into the hydro system.

The Ella Front Entry has thirteen (13) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Eleven (11) upper fixed jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while two (2) lower adjustable jets massage your calves.

The Hydrotherapy Massage System’s most popular control system is the on/off push control because the buttons were designed to rise above the deck in order to make it easier to push. A smaller, digital controller is also available for the Air+Hydrotherapy Massage Package, but may be more difficult for elderly to see and operate.

Air Massage System

The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and an auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups. The Air Massage System’s most popular control system is the on/off push control because the buttons were designed to rise above the deck in order to make it easier to push. A smaller, digital controller is also available for the Air+Hydrotherapy Massage Package, but may be more difficult for elderly to see and operate.

The Front Entry has sixteen (16) strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. Ten (10) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional six (6) floor jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and legs. Additionally, two (2) of the ten (10) upper air jets are bidet jets.

The Air Jet Massage System also includes an auto-purge feature. This feature engages automatically 20 minutes after the pump has been turned off to purge water out of the air jet lines. The auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent the mildew build up.

Note: This massage is more gentle than a Hydrotherapy Massage.

Ella 2 Piece Fast Fill Faucet

The 2-Piece fast-fill faucet has two (2) pieces: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The lever to control the temperature of the water is included on the mounted faucet, as well as a button that can divert the water flow between the mounted faucet and handshower. The 2-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 16 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions.Available in Chrome or Brushed Nickel.
