Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. Simply reach out to us and we'll walk you through every step of the process.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

        In new, unassembled, and unmodified condition

        In the original manufacturer's packaging with all documentation and tags

        Not a customized or custom-made item (these are final sale unless defective)

 

A note on restocking fees:

Because bathtubs are large freight items, returns do involve a restocking fee of 15–25% to cover handling and processing — this is standard across the industry for freight-shipped products. We'll always be upfront about any costs before you ship anything back, and we'll do everything we can to find a solution that works for you.

Incorrect items:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 day of purchase — just contact us as quickly as possible and we'll take care of it. Once an order has been picked and prepared for shipment, we're unable to cancel it, but please reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If anything looks off when your tub arrives, here's what to do:

        Inspect your order before the delivery driver leaves.

        If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

        If damage is severe, you have the right to refuse delivery.

        Contact us immediately after delivery — our carriers require damage to be reported within 24 hours so we can take care of you quickly.

 

When you contact us, please send photos of the outside of the box (showing the shipping label) and the damaged area. We'll arrange replacement of damaged parts at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy — just contact us and we'll guide you through it:

        We'll issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) — this ensures your return is processed smoothly.

        Write the RA# on the outside of your package when shipping it back.

        Use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance (such as UPS or FedEx) so your return is protected in transit.

 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed. We'll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error — we sent the wrong item or your item was damaged in transit — we'll cover all shipping costs, no questions asked.

For all other returns, outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your order shipped under a free shipping promotion, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranties

Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty. If a part is broken or defective and you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, we'll arrange replacement at no charge. For warranty claims after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly — and don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need help finding the right contact.
