1) How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by browsing our products, selecting the items you’d like, and clicking “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

2) How can I remove or update items in my cart?
You can update quantities or remove items directly from your shopping cart before checkout. Just click the cart icon at the top of the page to make changes.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We may also accept digital payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
3) Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
4) What does shipping cost?
Most bathtubs ship for free. Some items may have shipping exceptions based on size, weight, or destination. For shipping fee verification on specific products, please email sales@bathtubsplus.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
5) What if I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at sales@bathtubsplus.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Orders that haven’t shipped yet may be eligible for cancellation.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ll replace it at no cost to you as quickly as possible.
If you decide to return an item that is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, we’re happy to assist. Once the item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a refund minus the cost of freight.
6) How will I know you've received my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
7) Do you offer a price match guarantee?
If you find the same product offered at a lower price by another retailer, please contact us at sales@bathtubsplus.com with the details. We’ll review the offer and do our best to see if we can match the price.
8) How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
9) How long will shipping take?
Many of our bathtubs offer customization options, which may affect preparation time. Once your tub has been prepared, passed quality control, and been securely packaged, it typically takes 5–7 business days before it leaves our warehouse. Transit time will vary based on your location and shipping method.

10) How do I return my order?
If you need to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bathtubsplus.com. All returns are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the cost of freight.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
11) What if my order is damaged?
If your package arrives with visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt as “slight damage.” For severely damaged packages, you may refuse delivery.
If you notice damage or missing parts after accepting the package, contact us within 24 hours at sales@bathtubsplus.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. For certain smaller items, we may email a shipping label for return — simply attach it to the original packaging and drop it off at the carrier.
Refunds or returns for damaged items are ultimately subject to the manufacturer’s policies.
12) Is assembly required?
Most of our bathtubs arrive ready to install, so you can enjoy your new tub with minimal effort. Tubs with whirlpool or air features are fully assembled, so no extra work is needed. 13) Is it safe to send my credit card information?
Yes. Our website uses secure encryption and trusted payment processors to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your credit card details.
